Harry Potter and the tiny things in my life.

So unfortunately I have no awesome pictures to show for what I've been doing for the past day and a half because to be quite honest, it was my first day off in like 6 days and I wanted nothing to do with thinking for a little bit. So yesterday I stayed in my pajama's ALL DAY, and oh my did that feel great. Scott and I were home basically all day besides his training class that only lasts about an hour, and our little trip to the commissary for garlic bread. We ended up coming out with 3 big bags full of stuff. We can never help ourselves when we see snacks and goodies we want. (: So we come home and I play sims for probably 7 hours or more. Kind of ridiculous but I am addicted. So what! Then I finally decided to get off, clean the kitchen, fold my laundry, and make spaghetti for my tummy and Scott. No pictures of that either, I'm sorry. I decided to make brownies also, cause mmm. I'm a sugar freak. Scott was looking for movies and asked if I wanted to watch Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, and I said...Let's start from the beginning and watch them all over the next few days! So now I have myself started on a Harry Potter marathon. I finished the first 2 last night, Scott wimped out on me and went to bed like 30 minutes into the 2nd one, but I still stayed up and finished it. Surprisingly. I am always, always, always the one who falls asleep 30 minutes into movies. Especially ones I have already seen before. So that was a shock to say the least. Then I crawled my little butt into bed and fell straight to sleep. 9 am comes around and Gary the maintenance guy is knocking on our door, so we let him in, and he fixes all the stuff that was broken in our apartment. Which is the following... broken master bedroom window, broken bathroom sink, broken bathroom toilet seat, and broken cupboard door to my washing/drying machine. Like seriously, who needs a washing/drying machine in the kitchen? With a cupboard door covering it up? And why is it 2 in 1? I hate that! I miss the American way of doing laundry. I usually take it to the laundry mat on base but i end up spending about 20 dollars every time I do laundry, so lately to save money I've just been using my 2 in 1 machine at home. It makes everything wrinkled, and takes like 5 hours just to do one load. Oh and it can only fit about half of the normal American sized load inside of it. So I'm pretty much gonna be doing laundry here til the moment we move back because it's impossible to get it all done in one day.  Everything in England is so tiny, everything. Washer/dryers, houses, bedrooms (if that's what you want to call them, I call them closets), And speaking of closets. I have 2 whole closets in this whole house, and they are both side by side in my bedroom, and one has the heater machine thing inside of it! I simply can't wait to be back in American built homes, with the luxury of double door closets, and two separate machines to wash all my million pieces of clothing, and a fridge that can actually fit something in it other than the bare essentials. My fridge is constantly crammed full of stuff, and never any space in my freezer for even a piece of ice! We even have to put our water/soda/juice/etc. next to the fridge, because there is never any space for it inside unless we basically have no food. That's the story for everything in my kitchen though. No room for anything so it's always looking a cluttered mess. I'm done complaining for now though. Just happy that I get to have Scott by my side enduring all this tiny stuff with me. Oh, and Penny is sweetly sleeping next to me as I type this. I suppose I can post a picture of that for you (: I'll include my horrid washing/drying machine and fridge/kitchen space for you as well. Now I am going to enjoy my day relaxing until I have work in about 3 hours. Gotta prepare on my little snacks that I love to bring.

Love, Kels.
