Baking, Prague, and Organizing this thing called my house.

Reasoning for no blog posts recently is that i'm just plain overwhelmed. SO much to do, and no time to do it in. I still need to send packages, and send christmas cards. I'm just waiting on a couple of addresses. And my house is always a mess and i'm just behind on everything. So basically I feel like if I don't have time for that stuff, I don't have time for the computer. Anything I do related to the computer is on my phone while i'm either waiting for something or on my break at work. Life is getting to me!!! Wish I could just make it easy and be in California and give everyone their presents and cards in person. That would be much better. Oh well, I just gotta deal. I'm sure people will understand if it doesn't get to them by christmas. Not too worried about it.

On to more exciting news, it is highly likely that we are going to Prague and Amsterdam for about 5 days after christmas. Can't wait for that at all. That would be really nice and great to just get away from here for awhile and go explore other countries. I feel like I need out, and we're not going home until JULY. Too far away but Samantha and I talk about all the things that must be done while we're there visiting. It's fun to sit in fantasy land and think of all the fun things to do in California. One of the definite things we're doing is going to Disneyland for my birthday to watch fireworks. Miss that place, so it's a must. Anyone is welcome to go. My family and close friends will be there. But seriously, anybody who wants to go should go. The more the merrier. (:

So today I need to organize life by doing the month long pile of laundry, getting gifts and cards ready to send tomorrow, cleaning basically every room in this house, bathroom priority #1, and making something yummy for dinner. Pictures will be taken. Maybe i'll even have enough energy to post some tonight when everything is finished, perfected, organized, and complete. It WILL be accomplished today. I promise you that. I think a coffee is in order.

Oh yeah, and i've been a baking maniac lately. Probably why i'm so behind in everything else. I litteraly wake up, bake, go to work, come home, sleep. It's been on repeat for 3 days now. I've made peppermint candy cane cookies, sugar cookies, snickerdoodles, snowballs, magic bars, and lemon bars. Took a tray of a little of everything to work last night and it was ALL gone by the end of the night. Haha. I enjoy baking and plan to make something having to do with pumpkin and cream cheese next. And maybe a cake of some sort. Who knows. But i'll be sure to update you. Now it's time to get a move on and start this project called a house.

I miss having a Starbucks on every corner along with a forever21 in every mall, and I also miss how cheap it is to get your nails done in California. It's the little things you always forget to appreciate.
